If you would like to talk to someone without delay, please call the free
national CARE Helpline on 0800 028 2228. This service is also confidential. It
is available Monday to Saturday during the day and most evenings.
We are open each
Thursday
(from 12 noon to 2pm), when you can drop in for a free pregnancy test or to speak to a trained counsellor.
You may prefer to make an appointment. If so, then call us and we will arrange a time for you.
The Charis Centre is located upstairs in the Elim Church Centre, off Ashby Road, 300 yards from Sainsbury's. The entrance is through a side door on the left of the building.
